At Annie's Ibiza, we want you to be completely enamored with your unique finds; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and the issued RMA number are included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your return back to our London warehouse; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
